New Lease Terms Agreed for The Butcher’s – Long Eaton
Written by Emily Cardy, Co-Founder of The Butcher’s
We’re thrilled to announce that The Butcher’s has officially agreed new lease terms for our upcoming store at the former Poundland site in Long Eaton. This marks another exciting step forward for our growing brand and our mission to bring premium, locally sourced produce to more communities across the Midlands.
The new store is set to open in October — with the exact date to be confirmed soon. The space is currently being transformed into a fresh, modern food destination that blends traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary shopping experience.
Alongside our full range of The Butcher’s collections — from Lean Meats and Family Favourites to Premium Cuts and Ready-to-Cook options — the new Long Eaton store will also feature a fresh fruit and veg section, everyday staples, sundries, and a dedicated cheese counter showcasing quality British and continental varieties.
This expansion represents a major step in our journey to make The Butcher’s a true local food hub — where customers can shop for high-quality ingredients all in one place.
Chris and I couldn’t be prouder of how far the brand has come. From our beginnings in traditional butchery to now opening our first multi-category retail space, this new site marks a turning point for The Butcher’s — and we can’t wait to share it with the Long Eaton community.
Stay tuned for our official opening date and launch event details — we look forward to welcoming you soon to The Butcher’s, Long Eaton.
